Baby steps... Little Harper makes her debut at an LA Galaxy game as the Beckham clan rallies together to support David

By Georgina Littlejohn and Marcus Barnes

Daddy's little girl: Victoria Beckham tends to baby Harper during the LA Galaxy match against Chivas USA at the Home Depot Centre, California

She may have been more interested in her bottle than watching her father in action on the pitch.

But David Beckham's daughter Harper was a notable addition to his legion of fans during yesterday's LA Galaxy Awards.

Becks, 36, was on the field at the Home Depot Centre in California taking part in a match against Chivas - while, in their private box, his wife Victoria tended to their little girl.

The look of love: Mrs Beckham holds her daughter up...

...and appears to give her a kiss

Victoria made sure Harper was well protected, keeping her on the right side of the glass in their VIP area, while the Beckham boys, Brookyln, Romeo and Cruz cheered on their father outside in the stands.

Ever the proud, doting mother she fed the 2-month-old milk from her bottle and held her lovingly as the boys kept a keen eye on David.

Also in the stands, bolstering the family's support for David, were the footballer superstar's mother Sandra and his sister Joanna.

Wasn't Mel B the Scary one? Victoria looks a little gloomy - perhaps a little tired from performing her motherly duties

Family affair: Victoria looks after baby Harper while her sons Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz cheer on their father David

Singing along: David's mother Sandra and his sister Joanna look on as Romeo and Cruz sing the American national anthem before the football match commences

Voice of an angel? Cruz appears to bellow out the anthem, but older brother Romeo doesn't look impressed

The women took charge of the boys as they frolicked and got very involved in the game, even singing the national anthem before the match kicked off.

Sandra and Joanna were like Ying and Yang in their matching, yet opposing, outfits.

Mother Beckham wore a black jacket with a beige top underneath while Joanna, who appeared to have slimmed down somewhat, wore a beige jacket with a black top under it.

Yes!: The Beckham boys jump up excitedly while their aunty Joanna also revels in their happy moment

Celebrating: Romeo and Cruz punch the air as they enjoy their father's performance against Chivas USA

Footballing family: David Beckham is joined on the pitch after LA Galaxy's match yesterday by his sons Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz

Brooklyn, 12, Romeo, ten, and six-year-old Cruz, surrounded their famous father as they ran on the pitch after the match between La Galaxy and Chivas USA.

Beckham looked every inch the proud dad as he stood next to his boys, hugging them close, kissing them and larking about with Cruz on his shoulders.

And they stood as good as gold as the team handed out its end-of-year awards, which saw Landon Donovan being handed the Golden Boot.

Love you, Daddy! Beckham showers his boys with kisses as he gather round him for hugs

banging heads: Beckham leans in close to his middle son Romeo who proudly wore his goalkeeper's gloves

LA Galaxy won the match 1-0 and Beckham's boys were seen hugging each other and jumping up and down in their private box after the goal.

However, if reports are correct, neither the boys or Victoria will be watching any more games there and will probably have to learn a little French.

Beckham's contract with LA Galaxy ends after the current Major League Soccer season and reports last week have suggested that Beckham has been linked to French outfit Paris Saint-Germain.

I want in on that! Cruz goes to join his father who engulfs his oldest two in a hug

He's all mine! Cruz gets a lift on David's shoulders as they walk round the pitch

But Fox News also reported that David is keen to return to Manchester United as a sporting director.

So Beckham's future appears to still be up in the air, even though he himself has suggested that he'll stay in Los Angeles, though will clearly consider what's best for his family.

'My family is the number one priority, family comes first and where they are happy is where I stay, it's that simple. My children go to school in LA and have done for five years,' he said.

He added: 'They are at the age where stability is important, so we'll see. I always said I will wait until the end of the season, see how I feel physically and then decide.'

We won! The brothers hug and dance around as LA Galaxy win 1-0 over Chivas USA

Clock this! David Beckham flashes his $11,000 watch

By Mike Larkin

Global icon: David Beckham smiled as he showed of his new Jacob & Co watch in New York earlier this month

David Beckham has scored a very posh new accessory.

The LA Galaxy midfielder is the proud owner of a Jacob & Co Global 3 watch, which cost an eye-watering $11,000.

The star first showed off the new addition to his collection of expensive timepieces in New York earlier this month.

Of course that is just a drop in the ocean for the wealthy footballer, who is worth an estimated $175 million.

The timepiece comes with a host of features the star will find handy.

It displays five different time zones, New York, LA, Tokyo and Paris, as well as the local time.

And no doubt the beach-loving athlete will love the fact it is water resistant at depths of up to 50 metres.

Diamonds are forever: Macho David loved wearing his bling heavy Jacob & Co watch with his glittering earrings

He's at it again: David showing off another fancy timepiece from the company

Perhaps his new watch even offers a hint his proposed move to Paris Saint-Germain is far more likely than a return to Manchester United or Arsenal, as if ends up in French capital he will not even change the time.

It also will appeal to the star, as it rates high on the bling scale.

It has an expensive alligator skin strap, silver plated dial and a 18 carat rose gold bezel.

He will not even have to worry about having to pay to have it fixed if it breaks down, as it comes with a two-year warranty.

She loves them too: Victoria's fancy watch comes in handy when she is counting down the minutes during an LA Galaxy match

David and his wife Victoria are huge fans of the exclusive brand, and have been pictured on numerous occasions wearing their watches.

Company founder Jacob Arabo said: 'It's always a pleasure to have David Beckham in our store.

'He has been a huge supporter of the brand since the beginning and he and his wife have become dear friends.'

He loves to watch: David donned another fancy timepiece when he caught a Los Angeles Lakers game earlier this year with his chum Gordon Ramsay

Where's his watch? While David's timepiece was not visible as he drove around in Los Angeles he does wear it on his other arm

Battle of the icons: 'I want to be the new Victoria Beckham' says Cheryl Cole - but Posh isn't impressed

By HOLLY THOMAS

Rivalry in the making? Cheryl Cole recently ventured into the fashion world with the launch of her debut shoe collection

They're two of the UK's most famous female exports, but it seems that Cheryl Cole and Victoria Beckham have widely differing opinions on each other.

While Cheryl gushed in a recent interview that she is a huge fan of Victoria's work, Posh Spice herself is less keen on the Fight For This Love singer's taste.

A source has claimed that the designer resents the fact that should Cheryl make a move into fashion, the pair will be compared at every turn.

'Victoria has spent years trying to distance herself from the world of the WAGs that she and Cheryl inhabited when they were friends during the 2006 World Cup,' a source told Heat magazine this week.

'She's fought tooth and nail to be respected in the world of high fashion and last week she was the toast of New York's Fashion Week.'

'Now she feels as though Cheryl's trying to piggy-back on all of her hard work,' they added.

.. but Victoria Beckham reportedly isn't happy with the Girls Aloud star's move into fashion even though Cheryl is a huge fan of the former Spice Girl's work

Cheryl meanwhile has been approached to produce a shoe line for shopping site stylistpick.com, and it appears that she's found inspiration in her fellow singer-turned fashion queen.

'I saw Victoria on a plane recently and she said how exciting it is to be a designer', the 28-year-old divulged in an interview for this week's edition of Grazia.

'I think it's brilliant what she's done. I'd love to do what she's doing. Her New York Fashion Week collection was my favourite,' she continued.

Clearly throwing herself into her new venture with enthusiasm, she added: 'I pulled out all my shoes from my closet and a million tear sheets.'

Enthusiastic: Cheryl pictured the StylistPick launch party earlier this month, has gushed that she loved Victoria's latest collection, and has taken to her own new designing role with gusto

But heat's source claims that Victoria feels Cheryl has 'stolen her idea,' having had many conversations in the past with the X Factor star about shoes in the past.

Cheryl on the other hand feels she's been putting the work in, as she told Grazia: 'I think I've cracked it.'

She also tried to make her personal motivations for the move very clear, continuing: 'I'm all about shopping online because I hate changing rooms. Those horrible lights, unflattering mirrors. I prefer to try stuff on at home.'

She adds that she is glad to be designing for a site like stylistpick because the contents of others such as Net a Porter aren't affordable for everyone.

Insecure: Victoria, pictured shopping in New York recently with baby daughter Harper, has worked very hard to make a name for herself in high fashion

This uncomfortable difference of opinion echoes a similar incident in 2009, when Cheryl commented that Victoria's dress range was more suited for 'older women'.

Another source talking to Heat has reportedly divulged that Victoria has 'confidence issues,' aggravated by the fact that Cheryl is 'younger and very beautiful.'

But the source adds that Victoria's main concern is not that her designs will overlap with Cheryl's, but that if Cheryl entering the fashion arena, the inevitable comparisons made between them could add to her insecurities.

'It's nice to be back in fashionable clothes': Victoria Beckham models her own new design on day out with baby Harper

By Sophie Forbes

Mummy's girl: Victoria Beckham shows off another new dress from her collection as she carried baby Harper out of Barneys New York

She debuted her new collection earlier this week as part of New York Fashion Week.

But Victoria Beckham knows that there is no better advertisement for her label than if she wears the clothes herself.

The 37-year-old designer chose to wear one of her own creations for the second day in a row this morning as she took baby Harper on a shopping excursion to Barney's New York in NYC.

The star chose a brown version of the cat print shift dress, a red version of which was seen during her Victoria by Victoria Beckham catwalk show on Monday.

She paired the dress with the platform shoes she designed in collaboration with Charlotte Olympia, worn by models wore on the runway.

Victoria held on tight to a sleepy looking Harper, two months, who was cosily wrapped in a blanket.

Designer: The doting mother donned a dress from her new Victoria by Victoria Beckham collection which debuted at New York Fashion Week

Outfit number two: Just yesterday Victoria wore a spring/summer 2011 dress from her Victoria Beckham label as she shopped at Marc Jacobs

Just the day before she stepped out in a blush pink capped sleeved shift dress - a spring/summer design from her signature Victoria Beckham collection.

The mother of four recently said she is thrilled to be out of maternity wear.

'It’s actually quite nice to get out of an elasticated waist and into fashionable clothes again,' she admitted.

She also discussed how she balances having a newborn with running her fashion business.

'I’ve had to develop a very strategic way of working. But Harper has also done her bit. She’s so well behaved,' Victoria shared.

Sleepy: Baby Harper looked very comfortable in her mother's arms

Work out ready: Meanwhile dad David Beckham was given a pink LA Galaxy tracksuit by Ellen DeGeneres as he appeared on her show

Meanwhile her husband of 12 years, David Beckham, was busy receiving gifts from Ellen DeGeneres on her chat show as she compared the growing Beckham brood to that of Brad and Angelina's.

'You want five kids, so then it's a seven,' she told him. 'That's probably why you're doing it.'

'What can say?' the dashing athlete responded.

'I love the number seven.'
'If we were lucky enough to have another one, it would be great,' David admitted.

'We always spoke about having a big family. We love children. We are very blessed to have four healthy children so if one comes along that would be amazing.'

Ellen gifted him with a pink LA Galaxy tracksuit and matching booties, perfect for when Harper is ready to start following in her footballer father's footsteps.

That's quite an impressive balancing act: Victoria Beckham teeters on seven-inch heels for another shopping trip with baby Harper

By Emily Sheridan

Balancing act: Victoria Beckham cradles her nine-week-old daughter Harper Seven as she goes shopping at FAO Schwarz in New York City

With a precious cargo to carry and her recent back pain, you'd think Victoria Beckham would want to wear comfy flats for a shopping trip with baby Harper.

But after years in impractical footwear, Posh has perfected the art of walking in such high shoes and showed no fear when it came to carrying her daughter while wearing seven-inch heels.

The 37-year-old and her two-month-old daughter were spotted in matching pink outfits as they visited the FAO Schwarz toy shop in New York this afternoon.

Tender kiss: It made for a touching scene when the mother-of-four dropped her head down to give Harper a kiss

Wrapping her adorable little girl in a blanket as she entered the store, Victoria looked suitably girlie in a pink dress from her spring/summer 2011 collection and nude Christian Louboutin Daffodil 160 platform pumps - which come with a six and a half inch heel.

Victoria also popped into the Marc Jacobs store in Soho and caused quite a frenzy as she left with her little girl.

As Mrs Beckham left the boutique she had to make her way through the large crowd of fans who had gathered outside and who all wanted a picture of Victoria and Harper.

Taking a break: Victoria Beckham gave her feet a rest and gave Harper a little lie down during their trip

Tender care: The mother-of-four was seen doting over her little girl ensuring she was comfortable

But despite the constant attention, Victoria only had eyes for her baby girl.

Even amidst the hubbub the pair were able to snatch a moment's peace on a sofa, making themselves very much at home.

Victoria cuddled and kissed Harper, taking advantage of the much-needed opportunity to rest her feet.

Intimate moment: Victoria leaned over to smile at her baby

The mother-of-four has been in Manhattan since last week when she presented her Spring/Summer 2012 collection at New York Fashion Week.

And she has stayed in town, checking out some of the shows and doing a spot of shopping before she returns to her three boys and husband David in Los Angeles.

And with Harper too little to appreciate most toys, no doubt Victoria was picking up some treats for her sons Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz in the famous Fifth Avenue toy store.

Victoria and Harper were also spotted visiting Prada earlier this week, and the ex-Spice Girl declared her daughter loved the store.

Proud worker: A bell man at F.A.O. Schwarz looked happy to be opening the door for Mrs Beckham

Simply adorable: It appeared all the shopping had taken its toll on the little girl and she was seen giving a huge yawn

She enthused: 'We went in to Prada yesterday and she loved it. It was if she was saying, "Mummy I'm home!"'

The 37-year-old star also spoke about her love for her youngest child as she debuted her second clothing line Victoria By Victoria Beckham during fashion week.

Coochy coo: Victoria doted on her little daughter who looked more than happy nestled in her mother's arms

Strutting her stuff: Victoria looks fabulous after having given birth just two months ago and has already sprung back to her pre-baby figure

She enthused: 'We went in to Prada yesterday and she loved it. It was if she was saying, "Mummy I'm home!"'

The 37-year-old star also spoke about her love for her youngest child as she debuted her second clothing line Victoria By Victoria Beckham during fashion week.

She said: 'I can't leave her alone for a minute, I haven't been without her since she was born nine weeks ago, she's too wonderful to leave.'

Looking trim: It looks like Beckham has already lost her baby weight in the pink shift from her spring 2011 line

Helping hand: There was plenty of people to help the mother and daughter pair as they headed into the Marc Jacobs store

'I wanted something that was a little bit more affordable but I did not want to compromise with design or quality.

'It's not a second line, or a diffusion line - it's another line, another side to my wardrobe. This is a way to give my customers what they want.'

Does Harper like Marc? Victoria also visited the Marc Jacobs store in Soho and caused quite a commotion by being in the store

Pandemonium: While shopping in the store the fashion designer and her daughter and caused a crowd to form outside which proved problematic when they left

Beckham's new line is more affordable than her Victoria Beckham Collection range, but the designer insisted it was just reflected another side of her style.
